Ingredients
- 150g Laxey Glen Mills Sunrise Wholemeal Flour
- 100g Caster Sugar
- 120g Oats
- 1 tspn Bicarbonate of Soda
- 150g Manx Butter
- Large dessert spoon Syrup
Preparation
Mix flour, sugar and oats together in large bowl, Gently melt together in a small pan the butter and syrup. Pour melted ingredients into dry ingredients Make small balls of mixture and spread out well on baking sheet - makes 24 to 30 Bake at 180°c gas 4 for 10 mins.
