
Fruit scones
Ingredients
- 12oz Manx soda flour
- 5oz Soured cream
- (enough to make a nice dough)
- 6oz Raisins and chopped peel
- (lots a good hand full plus.)
Preparation
Mix all together don't over mix Divide into 4 round shapes flatten slightly, cross the top and egg wash or just milk. Bake on a sheet of silicone. Bake hot oven for about 20 mins or until nicely coloured and baked underside Enjoy with butter, home-made jam and fresh cream.
